Welcome to Fresh Fold Laundry Service (“Fresh Fold,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, pickup/delivery, or wash-and-fold services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Service Policy

• Fresh Fold provides standard wash, dry, and fold services.

• We do not guarantee removal of all stains.

• Laundry is cleaned in mixed loads unless otherwise requested in advance.

• Customers are responsible for checking care labels and sorting out items requiring special handling.

2. Limitation of Liability

We handle every order with care, but certain risks are unavoidable. Fresh Fold is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

• Garments with drawstrings, straps, buttons, zippers, trims, or embellishments that may break, detach, or tangle during normal laundering.

• Heat-transfer prints, vinyl designs, decals, screen prints, embroidery, or specialty prints that may peel, crack, fade, or shift under heat.

• Delicate fabrics or items (silk, wool, lace, sequins, etc.) that are not clearly separated or labeled for special handling.

• Items left in pockets, including but not limited to pens, markers, makeup, gum, or electronics, which may cause damage to garments.

• Normal wear and tear such as fading, shrinking, thinning fabric, or stretching.

Any claims for lost or damaged items are limited to the lesser of:

• The item’s depreciated value, or

• $50 per order (not per item).

3. Lost Items

• We make every effort to track and return all items.

• Customers must notify us of missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

• We are not responsible for items not listed on your order form or hidden inside other garments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using Fresh Fold, you agree to:

• Check all garments for personal items before handing them over.

• Clearly mark or separate any items requiring special care.

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer error may result in a rescheduling fee.

• Laundry not retrieved within 30 days may be donated or discarded.

6. Payment & Billing

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We reserve the right to hold laundry until payment is received.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer data is only used for service-related communication and is never sold to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

Fresh Fold reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
