How It Works & What to Expect
When you accept an order on the Fresh Fold platform, you are in complete control of your workflow. To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain platform standards, all partners agree to the following when claiming orders:
Workspace: Complete orders in a clean, sanitary, smoke-free, and pet-free environment.
Equipment & Supplies: Provide and maintain your own equipment (washer/dryer) and preferred supplies (detergents, stain removers, packaging).
Onboarding Requirements: Complete a W-9, pass a standard background check, and sign our Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
